INTEGRAL YOGA

How I teach:
The purpose of Integral Yoga is to build complete awareness of your own body and mind.  Different styles of Yoga and disciplines are mixed in the class, including Hatha Yoga (Asanas or postures), Vinyasa Flow and Sun Salutations (moving the body from one pose to another in coordination with breathing), and Fitness-Yoga (calisthenics to build strength and muscle endurance).  Postures can be modified to adapt to each student, making Integral Yoga suitable for all – from beginner to advanced levels. Flexibility, muscle tone, balance and a better posture will result from the practice of Integral Yoga.  Each class ends with a relaxation period to reach inner awareness and to find balance between mind and body.
